Eva Anderson Youth Center
The Youth Center offers dance parties for kids in 4th thru 8th grade. In the 2000-2001 school year we entertained approx. 2450 kids at event gatherings. The youth center is also utilized by other Somers Point youth groups such as baseball (for picture day and teams meetings), sharks football and Somers Point Street Hockey (for sign ups-organiztion meetings-pictures and team meetings).

We are SPSH and we offer winter street hockey from Dec. thru March for 3 age groups, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15. We also of a summer program that runs thru July and August for ages 7-9 and 10-12. For kids ages 4-5-6 we offer an instuctional league that starts in Sept. and runs till Dec..

And last but not least we will be starting our 3rd season of inline/roller hockey. All in all Somers Point Street Hockey involves approx. 480 kids in programs all year long.

Somers Point Football Association
Football, Cheerleading, and Drill Teams for children ages 6 to 14.
Games are played in the fall. Organization meetings are held at 8:00 PM on the
first Tuesday of every month at the youth center.

MOMS Club of Egg Harbor Twp. Area
The MOMS Club is an internacional non profit organization that
provides suppport for stay-at-home mothers.

The Egg Harbor Twp. Area Chapter provides support to Moms from EHT, Somers
Point, Linwood, Northfield, Mays Landing, Galloway and Absecon.

We meet during the week at day time hours, that is when the stay at home Mom
needs the most support. We have activities for Mothers and their children, who
are welcome to ALL our activities.
